Qualube Soluble Cutting Oil is one of a new generation of cost-effective biostable water-mix metalworking fluids. It has been specially designed to incorporate the latest advances in additive technology. These fluids are specialised liquids used in machining and metalworking processes and are designed to be mixed with water to form a stable emulsion or solution.
Qualube Soluble Cutting Oil has been developed to provide moderate levels of boundary lubrication whilst being free of chlorinated extreme pressure compounds and forms a micro-emulsion when diluted with water.
Recommended Dilution Ratio:
General Purpose Machining 5-7% v/v
Arduous Machining 7-12% v/v
